Hello and welcome!

I hope you will follow along with me as I share my stories about my running, injuries, artwork and life.  Through ups and downs I am aspiring to capture a glimpse of my journey so you the reader will be entertained and hopefully inspired by my tales as I train and race for personal achievement and self-discovery.
